Some of the tools I use and reccomend.
I've always loved building things, from software to house projects and everything in between. Here are some of the tools I use to get the job done.
Tools
14" MacBook Pro, M3 Pro, 36GB RAM(2023)
I had long been an anti-Apple guy, but when looking for a new laptop, I couldn't find a 14" laptop with the same power and battery life as the M series chips.
Desktop I9-9700k, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080 (2019)
This was my first build and I love it. I dual boot Windows and Linux and use it for gaming and development.
iPad Mini 6, 64GB (2021)
This was the first Apple product I had bought in many years. I needed it for to run Foreflight while I was flying. Now that I have an iPhone and Macbook I have a stylus I use for note taking that syncs across all my devices.
Sony A6300 (2016)
In college I wanted to get my own camera to take pictures and shoot short films on. I sold my plasma for a few months to buy this camera and it's been with me ever since. I've amasses a collection of lenses and accessories for it over the years, but here are a few of my favorites:
- Sony 18-105mm f/4
- Sigma 30mm f/1.4
- Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3
- Rokinon 16mm f/2
Action Cameras
- GoPro Hero 7 Black
- Insta360 One X
